Karachi: Citibank's Global Consumer Bank awarded Net Access the contract for custom application development in their Credit Card IMPR (Inquiry Management and Problem Resolution) Division for their Customer "Complaint and Tracking System". The application is developed on Allaire's ColdFusion and deployed on Microsoft Windows NT with Microsoft SQL Server 6.5. Using the new application Citibank would be transporting themselves to an Open-Standards platform, where vendor dependence would be diminished, since the source code is supplied with the deployed version.

The CTS is an upgrade from a previous application made on FoxPro. The new application would be a true-client-server application with the clients running on Netscape Navigator throughout Citibank's Network.
